style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The proposal submitted by an organization must include the annual cost for performance of the tasks defined, which do not include the logistical aspects of the annual event, fellowships, etc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organization may propose different mechanisms to cover the annual cost of their work (fixed payments, working on commission, a hybrid model, etc.).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An agreement will be signed for a one-year term, automatically renewable for succeeding one-year terms for a maximum of 3 years.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This agreement will be reviewed annually to assess whether the stated objectives have been achieved and decide on the continuity of the Secretariat.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Secretariat must at all times abide by the LACIGF Bylaws and the decisions and instructions it receives from the Multistakeholder Committee.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of poor performance (lack of transparency, lack of neutrality, poor results, etc.), the Multistakeholder Committee may decide to terminate the agreement with the Secretariat prior to its expiration
